A selection of photographs, no dates I'm afraid, of the Pearson and Rogers family on their holidays. My grandad Jack Pearson (born 1906) married Lily Rogers on Christmas Day 1931. They had four children. His brother Alfred married Lily's sister Sarah Rogers and they had nine children before Alf was tragically killed in a coach crash at Holmfirth in 1947 whilst he and the Bolsterstone Male Voice Choir were en route to a music festival there.
